As a successful VC, I participated in a Workation retreat in Italy. I spent 3 days in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and nature, with delicious Italian food. The curated environment as well as the facilitation and practice sessions made me focus, connect deeper, build primal trust and step away from normality. From a metaperspective, I had the opportunity to think outside the box and be inspired by the diversity of other participants so that I could enrich my fund strategy and the concept behind it. By chance, I would love to join another Workation retreat with them in the future.

Avantgardist’s leadership program introduced a variety of concepts, tools, and techniques to our team to enable us to develop a higher degree of self-and collective awareness as well as mutual trust.

This has helped us grow as individuals and as one united team.
