Our journey started when Lili & Felix met in their Ph.D. program at the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics back in 2019. They merged their respective Ph.D. research on global virtual leadership, teams, performance, trust, and team reflexivity to improve teams’ performance, learning, innovation, creativity, and well-being. Building on our personal experience of working as virtual leaders and team members in diverse virtual teams, we now put our research and experience into practice. We walk the talk and invite you to join us to build trust and unfold your full potential.
